Well I just googled him. And it says hes the voice actor in Infamous. So I'm assuming that's the joke?

... If it was, then that's not a very good joke lol.

he was the voice actor of Cole in InFamous 1, but was replaced by Eric Laden in 2 and by extension this game as well.
Snovvbub has stated many times how much he hates this change, so much so that he based his sig on it.

EDIT: Wow, he still complains about it on the I2 boards...

I didn't even know the voice actor changed from InFamous 1 to 2. .__.
