I see a lot of discussion on this type of topic. There might be 1 or 2 other characters that deserve a possible spot here, but I think most people will think it is 1 of these 10 characters. I only included Dante because SuperBot seemed to think he was worthy of a buff, I personally don't think he deserves to be on this list, but whatever.

Much as Jak is just killing me right now, I'll have to say Sir Dan. His supers just all seem terrible, and in a game where that's what it's all about, that really just drags him down to the bottom, despite his good AP gain and moveset.

Every patch for PlayStation All-Stars seems to fix one thing and break another.
It's like fixing the windshield of a car, and then the tires pop off.

Big Daddy.

Maybe I just don't know how to play him but the guy seems to have no good air to air moves his level 1 stinks and his level 2 is only good in tight spaces.

It depends on the mode.

For 1 vs 1, I'd have to say Sweet Tooth. Jumping especially wakeup jumping just shuts him down so entirely and he doesn't have a good level 2 or 3 to rely on. People have said he can punish wakeup jumps with his level 1 on reaction but I have yet to see anyone do this consistantly.

Even characters like Sir Dan and Jak are pretty much guaranteed at least 2 kills with their level 3s.

Jak is the worst character, because Sir Dan and Big Daddy are so awful I refuse to accept that they were designed, playtested, and given the OK.

Sweet tooths level3 is pretty good if you're not on sandover or the killzone level
