No offense, but she is right

1) Fastest counter in the game that hits anywhere
2) Can't be touched even by noob players that spam electric roll
3) Level 1 can't be interrupted
4) Extremely good AP gain.

I can say with 95% that I can get a level 3 as sly in any match. Usually 2 depending on how I feel.

He has a learning curve at first, but he certainly isn't something to brag about. He is definitely high tier. Not Kat, but close.
