Zeus (Young Zeus), Raiden (Grey Fox), Cole (Original inFamous 2 design) and Evil Cole (The Beast). Lightning pack.
Isaac (Whatever his DLC alt was leaked to be), Dante (Classic Dante), Jak (Jak 2 costume? Dunno really, only played the first game) and Nariko (Kai's costume). Hunter pack (I have no idea on the second pack's name).

Also Raiden, Dante, Big Daddy and Heihachi's pre-order DLC alts in a seperate pack. Outsiders pack.
