These are some pretty good balances. I would also decrease the speed of Parappa's Lv.2 or make it shorter because its kinda unfair how its guaranteed to K.O everyone. Not so sure about speeding up Princess's knight, she's already doing fine how it is now. Making it faster would just make her too good.
I feel like you're buffing and nerfing characters in the wrong places. Also, Fat Princess doesn't need a buff at all. I'd say she can be left alone, but she's much more deserving of a nerf than a buff.
