Ways to balance Isaac.

- First is obviously to fix his neutral square gun attack so it can't loop back into itself infinitely.

- More start-up time for his down-circle mine drop, also maybe make it give AP if someone destroys it with an attack.

- Fix online level 1 bug that causes him to aim in the opposite direction he was originally facing upon activating it.

- Slightly decrease recovery time after up-circle grenade launch.

- Slightly increase hitbox size of up-triangle shotgun fire.

i agree with the gun loop, what do you mean by start up time and the ap thing about destroying it i would like the idea too, lvl 1 obviously yes, idk about the other two XD

I agree. You forgot less range on the gun, too.
