Modest buffs for lesser characters in the next (and final) balance patch

Nariko ~

- Give her air down-triangle some slight homing capability (similar to Kratos' ground forward square). Have it so she automatically shifts the angle in which she throws her blades downwards to better target the foe that she is nearest and facing towards. Not shift drastically or anything, just about up to 10 degrees lower or higher from it's default angle to better hit foes with it.

- Give her the option of using her second jump during or after her air neutral-square combo (like Kratos can) rather than her just having to plummet downwards after using it.

- Slightly increase the number of frames her neutral-triangle counter move lasts for. Make it's duration closer (if not the same as) to Raiden's and Kratos' counter moves.

- Make the rocket she fires with side-circle move a bit faster and last a bit longer before automatically exploding. Also increase the AP gained from lading it from 20 to 30.

- Change the properties of her Level 1 super. Make it so that if a foe is in between Kai and the fireworks barrels when Kai fires her crossbow at them, foes can be hit by the crossbow shot directly and killed. The fireworks barrels do NOT explode if this happens.

- Give her Level 2 super an extra option. By pressing triangle or circle during the Level 2 have the cannon emit a small quake or something that knocks away foes that are directly next to it. OR give the option of ending the super at any time by pressing triangle or circle.

- Give her an increased running speed while in Level 3 to better chase down foes (it's too easy to avoid her if you manage to get any moderate amount of distance from her)


Sir Daniel ~

- Slightly increase the size of the hitbox on his down-triangle hammer slam (and increase AP gain from 20 to 30) and his up-circle mutton fling

- Give him complete super armor while performing his side-triangle while he has his shield out (similar to Big Daddy's bull charge attack).

- Change it so he doesn't butt-flop and drop his guard if his shield gets broken while he's blocking.

- Make it so he can aim his Level 1 super directly in front of him (it would be a bit slower and the length of the lightning bolt would be shorter when aimed in this direction but at least this way he can actually kill foes standing in front of him)

- Fix his Level 2 super so that the homing shots fired from it don't just crash into the ground or into a wall and vanish immediately after the super gets launched.

Radec ~

- Divide the two hits from his ground side-square (the knife slash and the handgun blast) into two separate inputs. Inputting the command only once makes it so he only performs the first part and hitting square a second time makes him do the second part. This would make it less punishable when blocked.

- Make it so the grenades he drops from his down-square impact foes harder when the hit. This impact would be the same as Sly's mine or Nariko's rocket in the way that th grenades would actually knock foes off their feet rather than just causing them to stagger a tiny bit.

- Increase AP gain from his neutral-square attacks.

- Increase the range on his down-circle flamethrower


I've got more but what are some buffs you guys would give lesser characters? And I mean realistic and reasonable buffs, nothing absurd.

Toro
Square attacks.(1)

Neutral Square- Increase ap gain to 10 and cancellable into any triangle attack.
Side Square- Decrease cooldown to allow for combo potential with Ninja Form side triangle or neutral triangle.
Down Square- Increase hitbox to animation size.
Air Down Square- Cause Kneel Stagger but increase cooldown on hit to block ability to kill confirm but remain for combo potential.

Triangle Attacks
Oni Form
Neutral Triangle- Allow Toro to hold charged shot.
Air Down Triangle- Return to previous stats as a kill confirm.
Air/ Side Triangle- Make jump cancellable for combo potential.

Justice Form
Up Triangle- Decrease cooldown slightly.

Ninja Form
None.

Supers.
Overall- remove ability to stall super.
Level 1- Majorly decrease startup and increase movement speed.
Level 2- Increase screen freeze frames and increase active frames near center so any opponent in center circle can not air dodge to survive. (similar to emmets level 2.) Reduce cost.
Level 3- All opponents drop 5% of their AP.

Big Daddy

Triangle Attacks
Side Triangle/Air- Increase armor and reduce butt drop tiem on hitting walls.

Circle Attacks
Side Circle- Increase range by 1/4th current range.
Down Circle- Decrease start up and increase active frames.
Neutral Circle- Increase time available to jump cancel. Increase radius of second blast.
Air Neutral Circle- Cause bounce on opponent with no status effects. Increase range.
Up Circle- Active Frames activate when BD earlier. Increase time in air by .5 second.

Supers

Level 1- Increase hitbox so that nay opponent standing in-between BD and LS's landing area is hit by BDs buttdrop attack and sent into the kill radius. Decrease cooldown, increase start up.
Level 3- Lower swimming height so opponent can't completely avoid BD.

Other
Increase active frames of BDs ground dodge slightly. Giving the biggest character the shortest dodge makes no sense to me.
Decrease hitbox of BD during Isaacs level 3. This is the most pathetic thing I've ever seen. BD is practically a free kill. (Or increase movement speed of larger characters.)

Nariko
Everything you said+

Give her direct access to her second tier of square attacks. Activating via button command well change between 1st tier to 2nd tier or just instant 2nd tier.

^ if all the characters were buffed like that the game would be so outrageous and fun, i hope they somehow make Radec op, that would be hilarious to see everybody start switching characters.

Think, at this point, they're better off bringing all characters to Kat's tier then quietly walking away than trying to boost Radec tiers and Raiden tiers to Dante tier.

Or something.

Difficulty to master has nothing to do with tier lists. You know better... he is hard to master, but once you do...
