How do you install to hard drive?

I heard people have been doing this so it would ease up on the strain of their lasers or whatever. I've never had a game where it was even hinted at that that should be done ... so if this is something I should be doing, can somebody walk me through the process of copying Black Ops onto my hard drive? I went through every imaginable menu and couldn't find anything ... did I simply overlook it or is there a trick?

Go under options on either Zombies or Multiplayer and it should be at the bottom. It's 1 gig. Takes about 5 minutes.
