How many points/kills per gun level?

Either I am overlooking this terribly or it isn't listed. How many points per level on a weapon? I see a bar but it doesn't have any actual numbers on/near it. Any way to turn this on/see a list? Id like to know how many 100s of kills before I get useful attachments for some of these.
