was talking to a buddy of mine at work about COD a couple days ago and he happened to mention what i set the controller sensitivity to...i looked at him blankly and asked him what that was it just never occured to me but it seemed to baffle him that i played with what i suppose are default settings....is this really a big deal? i got about a .98 something KD ratio, mostly on kill confirmed...was just curious if anyone had any thoughts
Well, I started out on 3 in blops and mw3, and I thought change would be good, where I gradually increased up to 7-8, and my BO2 sensitivity is now 12... I would say there are pros and cons to high and low sensitivities. Just do what you're most comfortable with. Slowly try to increase the sensitivity, if it doesn't work out after, let's say an hour, go back. --- PSN-sece1212 BO2 Combat Record - http://tinyurl.com/bb2pkge
My sensativity is at 1. I cant play with it high cause I feel oit of control! Sometimes it bites me in the butt because in 1 V 1 encounters I cannot turn as fast and get killed --- PS3: bringthe10pain It is just a game! Please treat it like one!
Most pros have ridiculously low sensitivity for better accuracy. I just can't do anything on low sensitivity, sadly. I have it on 11.
I think it's basically a given that lower sensitivities are better in competitive gaming. I remember when I played Counter Strike 1.6 having sensitivity more than 2.5 (PC gaming) was already considered too high. --- PSN-sece1212 BO2 Combat Record - http://tinyurl.com/bb2pkge
4. I think that was the default. I also never bothered changing the controller setup so I play default now (was a tactical man back on BLOPS 1). --- http://img229.imageshack.us/img229/6968/rrrrrrb.gif http://i56.tinypic.com/10mu7ab.jpg http://i55.tinypic.com/346p0fn.jpg
