Stealth Chopper and Escort Drone take 2.

Sometimes you can get 1 off on their way in, if you got the line of sight and get the second one off just as they hover.

2. The first will be diverted by flares, the second will hit and take it out.

Depending on the loadout / game mode, there might be something more important to use that slot for. I run a launcher for virtually every TDM, but almost never for Kill Confirmed (for example) because it's just not an issue most of the time in that mode.

I dont start with my anti air class but I do have one. The thing that makes me crazy is when no one has any EMP grenades for sentrys and guardians. But the key word here is "randoms" so you must assume YOU will be doing all the extra team duties. Capping bases, shooting down scorestreaks, all that stuff.

Actually it's 2-3, I've actually run into Stealths that manage to get a second flare off before I can kill it.

I have one class dedicated to stealth/anti-air so as soon as air support higher than counter-uav is called in, I switch immediately upon death. Other than that, I have no qualms with randoms not having a launcher secondary as I can take care of that if things get too hectic.

... Or one RPG.

It all comes down to the ks for me. I'm not switching classes to take out a uav but I will for stealth choppers or above. And yea, I'm still usually the only one doing it. It's like people don't understand that you can change classes mid game.

I was upset during a game yesterday. The score was close, somehow, but three players on my team were a combined 6-40. One enemy is camping for kill streaks and I made the mistake of not going for him since me and two other guys are in a dog fight for the hardpoint. Enemy gets swarm. I switch to my blind eye class. Spawn with my team, running back to the hardpoint with teammates humping my leg and I'm thinking "if you a holes don't have blind eye on right...." boom, I we get blown up.

I don't care for launchers, but I have a class with black hat and scavenger just in case the other team gets killstreak happy.

no, what's annoying is when i play without a party i get teammates who give up killstreaks. play with a team and there is no need for launchers. and who cares about a little uav good players don't care if the other team knows where they are because they win gun fights
