XBox 360 patch is live

The Hard Wired buff just doesn't seem strong enough. The effect of the EMP nade wasn't long enough to begin with so for it to be considered to not affect an enemy (no EMP effect/stun at all when hit with nade /no damage) isn't enough of a buff. Now if they made it so that your equipment/streaks wouldn't be destroyed by EMP/nades (would require 2 nades to destroy at the very least aka increase equipment/streak 'health')...now that's would I would call a much needed buff.

Nothing on the target finder??? Thing has no recoil, no sway can still see the minimap while ads. Not even cold blooded counters it since the crosshairs turn red. Now the only viable way of countering them (emp grenades) is removed if they have hardwired. Smh

Read again. They buffed a few of the Full auto AR's hip fire spread, and increased the FAL's to balance it's power.
