Maybe he's pointing out that the description doesn't say going flawless is required. You just need 30 kills in a row. You can start out 0-10 if you want.

Nope it has been proven you must get 30-0 in FFA with only non lethal killstreaks which means guns/equipment kills only. Main reason why people that get it always use UAV/CUAV/VSAT.. Looks different than the Nuclear title as well.

Reason a lot of people don't know about the Nuked Out title is because it is hidden and not shown in your callsign menu.
