It could be 2x or something, but the sprint regenerates faster.

Do what MW3 did and make certain weapons give a little bonus to the sprint duration.

This is a hard question...
I don't think infinite sprint and silent footsteps is balanced, so even though it would cost 3 points, I can't agree with inf. sprint...

Since dexterity will be so important for a rusher though and ex con won't work as well without it... 3 points for dex and excon should give you something a little more than 2x sprint duration.

I like the "It could be 2x or something, but the sprint regenerates faster."

The sprint wouldn't have to regenerate 2x faster. The max sprint pool and how fast it regenerates could all be tweaked in order to provide a balanced perk as well as balanced perk 3 combos.

As a big shotgun fan, I vote for infinite. It would only be annoying on search and destroy.

If it can't be infinite, I say three times.

2x sprint is unacceptable. It gives you little to no advantage in the long run, and ruins the fun of rushing/flanking.

Please Treyarch, at least do 4x.

Infinite or go home. As someone else said in another topic about this, infinite sprint duration isnt the only benefit of Marathon - it's the guarantee that you won't run out of sprint at an inopportune time. Shotgun users know how important closing the gap is and being stalled just outside of effective range is frustrating as hell. I know people b****ed about MLC/MLN in MW2, but infinite sprint didn't seem to be an issue in BOps.

I don't know... I really dislike ninja+marathon for dumbing down rushing.

In blops, rushing took skill cuz you couldn't have ninja with it... UGH.

If not for infinite, then make it eight seconds with a two second cool down or 16 with a 4 second cool down. But I'd much rather have infinite.
