None of your pluses are a plus.
The Wii U might have better graphic capabilities (barely), but the graphics are truly dependent on the developer.
Activision focuses more on making Microsoft's version the best.
Wii U can't compare.

Nintendo Network is going to be user account based on Wii U, it's not based on friend codes.

also has wii mote controls. That alone makes it superior to the 360 version

You're still stuck on the "teh Wii U is curent gen" troll tactic? The specs confirming it's next gen came out, all the trolls whose brains function at at least 3% capacity started moving to other things, like "itz for teh kiddiez", or "noe gud gam3s".

4 year old GPU
Extra Game pad controller cost $169.99 * Taxes = $183 (For U.S) $192 (for Canada) WTF?!? That's more then the price of the basic console, they built a $100 console and are calling it next gen.

Most likely a good portion of the IGB of RAM reserved for the OS will be optimized and used
for games down the road like they did with a 3DS.

You can use a hard drive of a flash card, not even a bit problem.

Where did you hear that a gamepad controller costs 170? Link? They won't even be selling extra pad controllers for the first few months.
