questoin about black ops 2's new pick 20 selection...

hi, i thougth treyarch was planning to balance black ops2, but dont you think picking 20 points is a bit much?

i mean that means we can have overpowered soldiers undectable by killstreaks, moabs, etc.

really, what was treyarch thinking with the new system?
