Returning a scratched disk to Bestbuy

Polish the disc with T-Cut or whatever car finishing polish they have in your area. It'll polish the scratches clean out of it.

It wasn't intentional.

Besides, who keeps their Xbox vertical anymore? There's no logical reason to do so.

Space an issue? Really? You can't find a few more inches to prevent this sort of thing from happening?
