How do I get this electric mofo to spawn? o_O

I'm nicely set up to punch him in the face and get the trophy but he seems scared to turn up. Got Jugg, EMP, nice place where I can set up a rape-train etc. Only on round 11 at the moment, does it have to be 15+ or something? My character keeps banging on about how the storm doesn't look good but he's no appearing...

(Yes I have the power on. Otherwise Jugg wouldn't be working, well, unless I used the Turbine but that's not the point >_>)

So do I have to do something specific to get this guy to appear?

not that i know of. I'm fairly certain that it's random. However, I have heard several different rumors about him always showing up the first time somebody buys the galvaknuckles, although I haven't tested this.

Yes he is playing zombies. He is trying to make the "avogadro zombie" appear.

Anyways I'll do a few more rounds and see if he appears, just don't wanna **** up before I get the trophy. Got the Ray Gun though so I should be ok for a bit.

Yeah I would just play it out until he does show up. I'm sure he won't show up with a crawler. Probably just when you don't want him to show up XD
