Toys R Us has it on sale right now (both in store and online) for $49.99.

Not sure about online, but if you buy in store you get a 20% off coupon on your next purchase which can be used in combination with the 20% off coupon in this weeks ad for this weekend's "Pre-Black Friday" sale.

In the US, $59.99 is the regular price so $49.99 is, in fact, a sale.

Unless you're at an Exchange store, or a small "hometown store", I don't know of anywhere within the US that sells new release games less than $59.99 (unless it's a sale price).

Gamestop had it for that. I dunno if it was because after all the pre-orders and midnight releases they only had 10 copies left but all I had to pay was $50.

Must have been some special promotion that they were doing at the time unless you had previously put $10 down on the preorder and forgot about it.

It's quite common that every now and then Gamestop will allow store/regional managers to offer specific promotions for different reasons. Perhaps you were one of the first in line?

Bestbuy down here in Texas, which is where I got mine, gave the first person in line one of those new $80 controllers. The first 25 people in line got a $20 giftcard for future use...I was number 23. They also had a midnite tournament in which the top 2 got free games and the first place got the free game as well as the same $80 controller the first person in line got and a $100 headset.

I forget where, but I know either gamestop or walmart is having a bundle with 250gb xbox 360, skyrim, forza 4, and Black ops 2, for $250. Seems like a good deal to me, except I already own all three games. In fact, forza, COD, and bethesda games are what I play 90% of the time for the past 4 or 5 years.
