What qualifies as "moving"? Full on sprint? Slight strafing?

Pretty much full speed crouch running. Just keep shifting left and right and you won't show up.

You'll know when it stops working. Your yellow arrow will become solid instead of transparent.

Full speed walking pace is the minimum speed. Strafing around in a small circle does work.
Walking at not-full speed, crouch walking, ADS strafing without Adjustable Stock, etc. will all negate your UAV immunity, and there is basically no grace period.
