MW2 seems to be getting mentioned a lot lately. Here's my 2 cents, if you care.

The game was fun. PERIOD. Why do you care so much about what "bad kids" are doing and just play how YOU want. That's the main problem with you complainers, you whine and whine and blame others for playing a certain way. I thought noob tubing was gay, but if some punk wants to use it then so be it. I just had to overcome it. Camping is noobish, but im not gonna complain about the people that do it because they can play however the hell they want. Remember, it's a game. If you don't have fun, then don't play it.

It's quite silly how you are trying so hard to make people change their minds about MW2. Fun factor always wins.

You're right, after a few months into the game, I did give up and went back to COD4. IW strung me along long enough with them saying that a patch for OMA was in the works, but they never got around to it.

Also I am a HUGE believer of "adapt and overcome". I flanked as much as I could, and I had decent "Legit stats" doing so, but when you are winning a game and then 2 boosters come in and pad their stats and ruin the lobby for everyone else, how is that fun? How is that fun that when boosting started to happen in MW2, I had to keep bringing down the scoreboard to check on boosters every 30 seconds? Unless YOU boosted yourself, you can't defend that behavior.

My "Fun Factor" came in MW3 (specialist/MOABS) helped me erase most of the bad memories of MW2. BTW I'm also enjoying BO2. All I can say is that hopefully we never see a COD game as broken as MW2 ever again...

MW2 was the best cod for me also I never used the cheap tactics but they never bothered me either I never really see them much.

i dont know what has happened since MW2 but the connections have just got to pot.

MW2 I never had the feeling that I was being 1 bullet killed but took ages to kill others.

I love COD but I just cant handle this connection bull MW3 was mostly fine for me but still had the odd issue but a lot of people did moan now in BO2 i get the problems people moaned about in MW3.

In BO2 it seems if I get a kill is more down to luck / what the game decides more than what I am actually doing. This goes both ways when killing and getting killed. Quite often I think how did I spin round and kill that guy then I just think about the bull deaths I have and think the game decided I killed him it takes the satifaction of the kill away.

Last Stand as an effing Perk, Painkiller (remember Final Stand was there too, but never used since PK was extremely OP). & Unlimited claymore camping.

See, I don't understand this. Most of that is in the other CoDs that you don't have as much of a problem with, yet when it's in MW2 then it counts as a legitimate reason to knock the game down.

As a fan of Black Ops, Second Chance is the only of those in it. Painkiller combined with MW2's bad spawns was extremely annoying. Matyrdom and Final Stand are also bad ideas. Unlimited claymore camping is a horrible horrible idea to implement and I can't understand why Treyarc has it in BOII.

The only people who *****ed about MW2 being "broken" most likely got destroyed on a regular basis.

Owning and then getting Painkillers spawned behind you is not a problem of those who got destroyed.

How often did you get nuked? I might have gotten nuked once or twice in the entire time I played MW2. How do you like adapting if all you do was cry about death
streaks and perks like Commando. That's sounds more like rolling over and giving up.

What modes did you play? Domination, Demolition and Ground War had a fair share of nukes.

TDM solo and Ground war and Domination in a party. It's not difficult to tell when a team just hangs back to rack up kill streaks or go for nukes.

To this day I cannot believe how many people f***ing b**** about Commando. That perk is what made me a CoD fan. I've never been an FPS guy yet most of my friends are, and so I was socially pressured into playing MW2 when it came out, thinking it would suck. Well, I used to play CoD4 with my friends and would have fun just knifing/SMGing people, and much to my surprise, MW2 not only allowed such viable tactics but gave it POWER with Marathon/Lightweight and of course, Commando--the greatest perk in CoD history.

I cannot tell you how much fun and challenge I had just SMG/knifing people with MLC or occasionally cold-blooded. I actually got several legit nukes just with that setup.

Yet people still whine and b**** and each new CoD, the knife gets more and more nerfed. It's stupid as f***. It's part of the game. Shut up, already, gosh damn. I never complained about stopping power, martyrdom, OMA, or any of the other dumb s***. People need to nut/ovary up and shut up already with the whining.

Last stand as a perk meant jack all. When it happened as often as it did in MW2, it mattered very little. You knew to expect it and took steps to prevent it from killing you. Sure the invincibility frames were a little cheap, but as a perk it wasn't much of a problem. Final Stand (mostly later CoDs) and Painkiller were annoying. Final Stand because in later CoDs, you never knew when someone would do the back stroke and screw you over. Painkiller because shooting someone with painkiller never worked. PCP is a helluva drug right?
