Hi there,

I’m running a teen gaming program at the public library I work at and will be working with kids age 11-17. As such, I need to know whether the blood can be turned off in local multiplayer. I know, I know…it’s pretty lame to do so. I’m an avid gamer (though I haven’t played a COD since MW2) and wouldn’t normally condone censorship but in order for me to purchase the game I need to know whether we can make it “11 year old friendly”. I personally wouldn’t care if my kid played violent games but my manager won’t OK to the game without a bloodless option. Also, just to double check, there is 4 player, split-screen right?

Thanks in advance for the help.

yeah cod games always allow you to turn of blood in options, its so minimal I forget its there anyway, just dont let them play world at war with its nonstop dismemberment (which was awesome)

Thanks guys! Sounds like it shouldn't be a problem to turn off the blood.

He also posted it on the Halo 4 boards so I doubt he's trolling. I mean he did just get his answers and leave..

Why are you comparing this to a game that came out on gamecube?? -GoogleMeBaby in regards to Super Smash Bros 64

You should let them play other games that are 100x better than cod.

This doesn't sound like trolling at all. I really hope no one got offended or annoyed by it at least.

I'm just having a hard time connecting the dots here. 11-year old friendly, shooting and killing players on LAN, and blood is a problem? Um...

Victory is life. There comes a point when the odds are against you and the only reasonable course of action is to quit.
