Call of Duty: Black Ops II

So it seems that treyarch is not banning but resetting people back to a rank similar to what they were before. I accidently did the glitch at 3rd causing me to boost to 4th. I was reset back to exactly where I was at 3rd.

My one friend was level 17 no prestige before the glitch and he glitched to 10th prestige. They reset him to 2nd prestige which is so random but awesome for him. But it's wierd all of his stats were reset too, so it's like he started playing the game at 2nd prestige. Don't believe me? His gamertag is "Mister Poop".

A couple of my other friends were 2nd prestige before and glitched to tenth. They were both reset to level 55 no prestige which sucks. Anything similar happen to anyone that experienced the glitch?

they only say their banning so people won't complain about it.

theyve never really banned anyone for anything

No, really. It's no big, my brother did it in MW3 and got banned. He was 12 at the time so I think that scared him enough to not try it this time around. Don't let word get out that they are just resetting because he may find that to be a pretty lenient punishment and fall off the wagon.
