This, but obviously i at least try to throw them on the enemies' general direction.
also, at start of game on hijacked, go under the ship, go to the middle, throw EMPs at the floor, it will still hit someone. actually got UAV with just EMP assists doing this.

Just got my 300 callsign with them yesterday. very OP imo but not enough people use them for it to be a problem.

Even though they weren't as effective, I loved using them in MW3. I agree that they are damn awesome in BO2. Especially when you run Scavenger with them.

The worst mistake a game developer can make is listening to the community. Halo Reach, Modern Warfare 3 and Black Ops 2 are the ending result.....enough said.
