God I hope so.

Beyond the reason it's just not fun playing against everyone that's of similar skill, it would have the side effect of improving connections.

I've had worst connection issues on Madden 13 I've had one game where the game was so laggy that I couldn't even run right.

I've never had a bad connection on Blops 2.

Good for you then...?

SBMM should go regardless of what it does for connections. No one asked for it. It's not fun. The games still aren't competitive. It renders league play absolutely pointless. It does nothing but drag down the game. There isn't anything positive about it.

It won't get removed, it shouldn't get removed, and it's overblown anyway: it's not like every match is a ridiculously even match. There's still plenty of blowouts.
