IMO they should be perma banned on 2nd offense

13 days is a gift considering some of the offensive emblems people have put out.

There is literally so much ignorance in this topic. Get a grip on yourselves, everyone.

First off: stop with the Chinese comments. They were funny way back when, but now it's getting borderline racist/ignorant (one of the biggest problems with our good ol' America).

Second: It doesn't matter whether parents or people get tired of seeing dicks and other genitalia. Treyarch gets tired of seeing them.

Since you're paying to have the right to enjoy the developer's product (hence why you pay $60 for it), you agree to follow the rules. You voluntarily choose to play the game. You know what that means? You voluntarily choose to follow the rules.

In a blown out analogy, it's like walking into Burger King spewing vulgarities and hateful speech at everyone you see and getting riled up because management made you leave. Sure, it's a free country, but privately owned establishments and content have the right to limit what you can and can't do.

So sack up, stop being so immature about this and get a grip on life. And seriously, stop demonizing people who disagree with you. Both sides have valid points. If you're so insecure about your stance that you have to beat down the other side, maybe you need to evaluate your life again.

You're awesome. Yes, you. I don't care what you've done or what you've said to people. You're awesome. God thinks so too.

False. They only look at the emblems with the highest report counts and ban accordingly to appease all the crybabies.

This country is so free and so great that even burning the American flag itself is recognized and protected as a form of expression.

Maybe I should make a new emblem of a burning American flag, get banned and then take my case all the way up to the Supreme Court, where voices of freedom prevail and cowards who seek to censor or deny the freedoms of others are destined to fail.

What are your damages, again? Your case gets thrown out before even getting into trial court, because you must be able to prove some sort of damages in a civil suit.

Plus, you will be representing yourself, because no attorney takes that case. To do so would be malpractice, because the case is not possible to win, because it's not even possible to get into court, because the judge will throw it out as a matter of law.

Oh, and I'm willing to bet that Microsoft and Activision both have forum-selection clauses, so you would have to travel to Washington or California on your own dime to file a suit, only to be told that you are an uneducated idiot who has business dealing with the legal system.

Best of luck with that, though.

The 1st amendment, summarized:

The GOVERNMENT shall make no LAW prohibiting free expression.

The key words there being government and law. So any establishment can kick you out for whatever reason they want.

TOS don't override laws, but there is no law that says you have any freedom of expression. There is a constitutional amendment saying the government has no right to stop you from expressing yourself.

COD is not run by the government. They can prohibit your speech or other expression in any way they want, within their game.

And yes, the right to bear arms specifically means weapons, including guns. But that's neither here nor there.

Pay more attention in social studies children. The first amendment gives you the right to say whatever you want. It doesn't give you the right to make anyone else listen to it.
