Bloodthirsty medals for the predator sight.

I almost have all the reflex sight optics, just working on my last bloodthirsty medal to get the predator sight.

I'm really curious what it means by "get a bloodthirsty medal while aiming down the reflex sight." Does it mean get 5 kills in a row while aiming down the sights?" Or does the 5th kill that gives the bloodthirsty medal only need to be done down the sights?

In my experiences, it's been an all or nothing situation.

Plenty of times in my quest for various masteries have I checked the stats after the game only to discover my BT didn't count towards the challenge.

I'd say ensure all five kills are while aiming down the sight.
