No, after first PaP it only changes attachments. You might end up with good attachments or no attachments. Also it costs only 2000 after first PaP.

Lol I think the answer is maybe, if you get good attachments it's fine.

That.. And it is a little more reliable that a Max Ammo at later rounds. If you got the money to spare anyway.
