Are people who are saying 2-4 sensitivity serious?

How is it even possible to play like that? How can you react quickly when you are getting attacked from behind or a weird angle? Or against dropshots? I play on 14 and it even feels a little too slow.

My friend who plays on a 6 sensitivity plays on a small tv, on my 40 inch TV, his sensitivity sure as hell didn't look like a 6 on my TV, it looked like a 9 or 10 when I saw his killcam
