What was the problem with MW3?

I'm still playing Black Ops 2 every other day for an hours or so. Not a lot...but more than MW3.

Spawns (they got better over time, but still weren't perfect)
mp7 and acr overpowering everything in their classes
stealth bomber and support in general
no reason not to use assassin

Things mw3 did right:
Specialist
moabs



Basically I play MW3 for Specialist/MOABS, and BO2 for my Assault KS & gun attachment fix... (and yes I still play COD4 on and off as well)

Robert bowling was one of the few good guys over there, who fought to give is free DLC. Know your facts before running your mouth, he did his best to help us.

He wasn't allowed to succeed, which is why you paid for DLC. He went against the company's wallet's best interest because he felt that paying for maps from CoD4 again wasn't something the community would want. And, he's right. He was trying to make things fair, but Activision got rid of him because they would be hitting copy and paste without getting a penny for it.

He wasn't a cancer. He was hired to be a scapegoat for the entire multiplayer development staff's shortcomings. A pretty crappy job, but that's what it was.


^pretty much that. All through MW3 he got crap thrown at him from all the players for things that ended up in the final game. Granted when he was around I wasnt an angel at expressing my opinions on the game, and even now I consider it the weakest game in the series, but he got the blame for it all 24/7.

maps were crap, lag comp was the worst it's ever been, weapons were lame and not likable, and the MW series' slippery movement feels terrible compared to the tight, controlled movements in the Blops series.

Assassin Pro

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy overpowered
There were so many damned UAV/CUAV in that game, if you didn't run Assassin Pro, you suffered from a hit of 0.5 K/D points. It was absurd
And EVERYONE used it
