Downturn plays like one of the Pre Blops maps. Three main areas interconnected with open spaces sparingly placed with lots of individual cover. Bonus points for an underground route that links every corner of the map together. The random debris was pretty **** though I will concede.
Carrier really isn't so bad. The head glitch spot is annoying bu there is the walkway along the side where they cannot see you. Other than that spot, it is a very easy map to play, you just have to see how many people are going to snipe at C and plan around it.

when i call it downturn i mean its mess of having random clutter EVERYWHERE for no reason
Carrier is 1 level of cluttered mess everywhere.
Downturn is 2 levels of cluttered mess everywhere.
And most maps in this game are not that cluttered with the exception of Carrier. It was just a poor design choice, since they had to put objects on the map, otherwise it would be filled with snipers only.
