That is my speedtest. I'm not savvy with what the ping and up/down speeds mean. Anyone care to help me understand? :)

Ping is how long packets take to reach your host. In this instance the host is the server in New York City that tested your download and upload speeds.

Download speeds are used when you are downloading something from the internet or in the case of Call of Duty downloading information from the host of the lobby.

Upload speeds are the exact opposite. This comes into play if you are uploading a video to youtube or if you are the host of a lobby in Call of Duty.

Your speeds are very good and as long as your NAT type is open in Call of Duty you should pull host and have a good advantage over the other people in the lobby.

Download is how fast your thingee gets stuff.. upload speed is how faster your jobber sends stuff and Ping is fun to say.

Well I guess it depends but I have almost the exact speeds and almost always pull host and when I'm host I almost always dominate. Here are my speeds in case the TC was curious on how his compare to others:

Without getting into specifics, that's a good connection and you should have a generally favorable experience in COD.

At the very least you should be pulling host a ton.

That is definitely a huge disparity.

Still, I bet your quality of service is better than most US connections of equal numbers.
