Who's better. A solo player with a 2.0 or a player who always plays in a party..

What are their win loss records? Game modes played? Your initial post contains too little information.

You're bit of a data whore, aren't you?

Only if all we have to make a comparison is data.

I'm gonna vote the solo player.

Most clans/parties usually just try to spawn trap anyway and wait for people to walk into their sights.

The solo player is usually the one up against that and a majority of the time has to pick up the slack for 2 other teammates when it comes to objectives.

I roll solo with Mercenary Moshpit all the time, I've got 2 friends who do that as well. Whenever we party up it's usually just easy mode since we're normally battling for the objectives ourselves.

We all have classes designed specific game modes, maps, and what the situation is.
Oh, we need B? Ok, all switch to Tactical Insertions, Flak Jacket, Hardline, and Danger Close classes, plant the TI's near B and mob it. Hardline is just to get those streaks quicker if you pick off 1-2 as you're capping.

Then you can switch to whatever you want. We always laugh at how easy some games can become when you just work as a party. Hell, in MW3 I got together a full party of 6 for a game of Domination and we won. A whopping total of 4 kills for our whole team. 2 were a double from a flared-away stinger. Other 2 were panic knives. It wasn't even that hard with the teamwork.

So yes, solo player is the more valuable player to have. Combine them into a team and it's lulzworthy.

Congrats. You also didn't do anything to back up your statement.

If you have a 2 k/d and a 1 w/l it means you're not trying hard enough to win. Plain and simple.

If you're good enough to keep the 2 k/d while running around and grabbing tags but you're still losing then you're not running around enough.

The guy who's willing to sacrifice some k/d for more spm is guaranteed to have a higher w/l.

Assuming the same ratio of kills to tags confirmed:

Going 35-20 will give your team a much higher chance of winning than going 20-10. Or if you are indeed good enough then you'll be able to keep that 2 k/d while pushing more gunfights and get it up to 40-20.

Done.

Solo players won't have a good w/l anyway, so I think it's fine. In fact, I think you're the terrible one. Getting prideful/cocky/arrogant over a video game really speaks volumes about you.

I am neither prideful, cocky, or arrogant. I just happen to know what i'm talking about. The fact that you would assume that about me without knowing me speaks even larger volumes about yourself. Pot, meet kettle.

everyones W/L is skewed because you can join a team thats getting roflstomped or the connection can be interrupted for an automatic loss

K/D means more than your W/L
