Why do people like this play Domination?

So I was in Domination and finished top of my team going 21-19 with 6 captures and 11 defends. My team mate finished second going 16-19 with 6 captures and 10 defends. While the guy on the enemy team goes 30-12 with 3 captures and 1 defend. If he's barely going to help his team win and just hunt for kills then why is he in this game mode? He should just play TDM or KC. It annoys me to see one guy dragging his team down and barely helping while me and that other guy were actually trying to help our team win.

Get used to it, this has been going on since online FPS's were first introduced.

It's been like this since COD 2

To most people, objective-based matches= TDM without actually searching for enemies

If you play it properly no one on your team should have more than 2 caps.

this has been an issue forever, people will always play objective games only for kills... i can't stand it but its not something that is fixable unless people get penalized somehow for not playing the objective. and that will never happen...

COD devs are morons and keep counts of K/D in objective type games. They will leave if the devs ever stop counting K/D in this game type.

Did they win?
I usually finished domination with 40~50kills calling atlease few vsat and lodestar,
averaging around 3caps and double digits defend due to lodestar.
Killing is a way to help your team.
