anyone know when this black ops2 patch will come? and what is in it?

david vonderbeard said a big ol' patch is coming, so that's what i want to see: a big ol' patch that is so big it will turn off my 360

patches, what i want:

1) no sound glitches!
2) no freezes!!
3) nerf to fal osw (inferior to an 94 anyway)
4)

the fal is always worse than an94 imo because of slower fire rate and if you want select fire, that wastes an attachment

ttk wise, its not fast, but powerful. though speed is important
