Select fire is the best since it makes the SWAT so much more flexible. I find one seriously gimps themselves if don't use it. Select fire+target finder/acog is the way to go.

I don't think it's the worst attachment, but it's definitely not a good one. You essentially turn it into a Type 25. That completely takes away the range advantage of firing it in burst. It's almost as bad as using rapid fire on SMGs.
