Best Perks

What do you find is the best?

Perk 1:
Ghost- TDM or KC
Flak Jacket all else

Perk 2: Toughness- Pretty much any game mode, less flinch is better than any other perk affect in this catagory.

Perk 3:Tactical Mask: Maybe Dex, but I found this the most overall useful

Thoughts? Never really played Multiplayer in BO2 as much as previous CoD's but so far I'm finding Ghost/Toughness/Tactical Mask for TDM/KC (What I always play) hard to beat.

It's useless in Hardcore. Other than that yeh it's great.

I prefer Engineer over Dexterity. I rush, but I'm very deliberate about my rushing routes and techniques. Seeing enemy equipment before I even approach a building gives me a tactical advantage.

It's useless in Hardcore. Other than that yeh it's great.

I find lightweight/flak jacket and toughness/hardwired with extreme conditioning(dexterity if I don't have attachments I like unlocked or going for camos)get closer to enemy faster, don't gotta worry about Bettie's or if an enemy shoots you first you still have a good chance if killing them and if your enemy spams EMPs you aren't affected.

Perfect for HQ when there's Bettie's everywhere left behind from previous HQs or near a new one and when capping or guarding the enemy thinks you are EMPd and think you will be an easy kill. You can also get to new HQs fast and run out after capping and run back in, enemies thought Bettie's would protect them, and kill them all for 125 points each.

Lol ghost in TDM? It takes 5 kills to get a UAV. I'd rather run hardline with a launcher or flak jacket in TDM.

Flak Jacket is situational
Ghost is rather bad unless your sprinting 24/7
Hardline doesnt do enough to be worth it
Blind eye is damn good. No more freaking out over hunter killers

Toughness doesnt reduce flinching enough
Fast hands is ok
Hard Wired is nice and help EMP spam
Scav situational
Cold blooded is best on larger maps

Dexterity is ok for rushing
ExCon is also ok for rushing
Engineer is the best
Tac mask depends on if they spam tacs or not. Would be better without icon on hit
