Call of Duty: Black Ops II

So I might send my XBOX 360 Slim in for some repairs because I think something might be wrong with the disc drive or fan. It will make this noise, a totally different noise but its louder, kinda sounds like where the fan speeds up real fast but is hitting something haha, but this noise can only be stopped by putting pressure down on top of the XBOX/Vent. I called XBOX and he said something inside could be unbalanced.

But my question is, if I send it in and they give me a refurbished, how we'll do those work?

They throw it away and just send you a new one, hence why they ask you to make sure your HDD isn't inside it.

Wrong.

You don't get back the same model, they take yours, inspect it to see if its YOUR fault the thing broke, then send you back an already refurbished model without a HDD in it. All companies work that way for the most part. They have a stock of refurbished models.

A lot of times they just replace the outside case if its bad and whatever is wrong with the insides.

Well I have till November! I guess I should send it in to get checked out before November.
