I'll run around and try to get at least halfway to a VSAT. After that, I'll slow down and be more cautious about it. I can't play slow for the entirety of the game or I'll go insane. I really hate those games that go to the time limit and barely reach half of the score limit. I had a game on Drone where I went 33-4 with 25 confirms. We won 51-34. Next most kills was 12.
High scorestreaks are cool when the person doing it can actually play the objective AND get the scorestreaks. I hate people who obviously don't care whether they win or lose and they are just trying to get their scorestreaks. I do not run high scorestreaks cause I think it changes the way you play. Say you're playing dom and you can take B but you're a few kills away from dat swarm. Chances are you're not going to put your life on the line for the sake of the team. I run UAV, lightning and sentry and I have a 2+ kd.
No. When I have high scorestreaks set I often won't actually get all the way up to the last one. Often I get killed immediately after the 2nd one (Stealth Chopper, VSAT, etc.). As soon as I get fed up and switch to UAV > Hunter Killer > Care Package, I end up cycling through my scorestreaks and overwriting my first care package in no time at all.
If you're into high scorestreaks, stick with KC. It's easily the best game-type, and you really don't have to worry about objectives, other than just killing people. With 50pts per kill/100pts for tags, it's relatively easy to chain the higher streaks.
For me once I get VSAT up it's all over.....Warthog/Dogs/Swarm, etc all comes in seconds, and by the time your VSAT wears off you're halfway or more to chaining them again. Not to mention, all the tags from enemy deaths from your streaks just waiting for you to pick up.
Saying this, I just chained 2 orbital VSAT's 2 Warthog's, and I think 2 Stealth Chopper's. I'm early in this prestige so I don't have access to Escort Drone/Dogs/Swarm yet.
I went 52-8 or something with 30+ confirmed tags.
And yet....somehow, my garbage team still managed to lose.
We trained harder than you today, and we're gonna party harder than you tonight. Mint with the crew.
