Day 1
FAL+ Select fire
http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/669289-call-of-duty-black-ops-ii/65083943

its not really OP but its on the borderlines of it. nor is it over used outside of league play.

Day 2
Shock Charges.
http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/669289-call-of-duty-black-ops-ii/65092228

Day 3
Quick scoping (er)s
http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/669289-call-of-duty-black-ops-ii/65100680

Its annoying to have that cancer on the team but for the most part its not over powering because the "1 and Done logic" and the fact 1 in every 10 Qs'ers are good.

Day 4
Laser sight
http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/669289-call-of-duty-black-ops-ii/65116058

Annoying but nothing new. just easier to have now (steady aim)

Day 5
R870
http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/669289-call-of-duty-black-ops-ii/65196226

its annoying. thats it. shotties not as bad/Op as it was on mw2 to most.

Day 6
Stun Nades
http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/669289-call-of-duty-black-ops-ii/65211322

this depends on who you talk to. with the counter perk its just annoying but if you DONT use the counter perk then its OP.

Day 7
Lighting Strike
http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/669289-call-of-duty-black-ops-ii/65226443

its neither OP or OU at its current standing. but its agreed upon that it can be considered OP to OBJ players and annoying to them as well.

Day 8
Target finder
http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/669289-call-of-duty-black-ops-ii/65239080

With the Fact that if you were seen by this sight, you would have been seen by a normal RDS. makes people say this isnt OP. its a crutch but not OP. due to the fact that a lot of "noobs" use it its mainly just overused/annoying

Day 9
B23R
http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/669289-call-of-duty-black-ops-ii/65269068

its neither OP or OU. its just a really good situational pistol

Day 10
DropShotting
http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/669289-call-of-duty-black-ops-ii/65303473

its funny but annoying. its also an overused tactic that Barley works now a days apperently.

SEND ME YOUR IDEAS.

for day 11 i have a user submission from user Ace turner, he wants us to discuss the perk Dexerity.

this perk always said user to ADS quicker after sprinting. think about the lightweight pro if im thinking about the right perk.

to me this perk is the only perk worth using as its the best perk in the teir. why is this perk the best to me?

Engineer - useful if the other team is abusing Mines/shock charges with the fact they get delayed. but its still useful for the booby trapping Care packages/rerolling trick.
to me this is the 2nd best perk in the teir

Dead silence - LOL FOOTSTEPS IN BO2
Awareness - the above
Tac Mask - only useful in tac spam
ExCon - useful if you are a big OBJ player/ Rusher. probably the best combo for this perk, tbh.

now the question at hand is, is this OP? i say no. i wont even call it over used. the way this game is made/programmed pretty much demands this perk to be used almost at all times.

but thats just my opinion. what is yours?

let the voting begin.

Is it weird that it might be more likely that Tc wins powerball than wizards winning? ~ KoD_Immortal

Why is engineer describing tac mask, and why is the actual tac mask not on the tier 3 perk list you made?

Mike Dawson never returned to the carnival, ever again.

I HATE what dexterity has done to the game. HATE it. However, I do use it on most of my classes, because it simply is the best perk 3. But remember when whoever was sprinting in any given engagement would almost certainly always be the one to die??? Remember when you had to hesitate before sprinting around corners or anywhere on the map??? You used to need to be careful about sprinting because it was a great way to get yourself killed. And although it still does, dexterity has made the game even more noob friendly. Sprint all you want at the red dots because you have dexterity to save you. Doesn't matter if the enemy gets the drop on you, pwn them with dexterity!!!!!!!! Ugh. /rant

You do know that Steady Aim Pro did what dexterity does in the old games don't you?
#7cheebsyPosted 2/2/2013 2:33:47 PM
HMMMMMM Yes I do know that but lets think about this... was steady aim pro used nearly as much as dexterity??? not even close!!!! Steady aim pro was a much larger rarity. Steady aim wasn't even THAT common, and that wouldn't even be enough, it would have to be pro for the dexterity effect. So no, I didn't mind it before this game, where dexterity is used by every jon dick and harry. BTW, I voted overused and annoying not OP.

The quicker aim after sprinting that Dexterity gives you is soooo minimal with anything but an LMG.

It's not overused, it's not even close to overpowered. My God, what has this community come to when we're whining about a practically useless perk? Engineer and Tactical Mask are way better.
#9gameflakPosted 2/2/2013 3:09:16 PM
I've taken it off of all my classes. Haven't noticed a difference.

If it's true that we learn from our mistakes, then I should be a frickin' genius by now.

Neither, back in my early COD days, I did so much better when I stopped sprinting whenever possible. All but 1 class of mine has Tactical Mask or Engineer, and the one with Dex is complemented by Mask or Engineer.
