hey zach how easy was it to oc your processor, im building a setup really really similar to yours and havent OCed before

Get an aftermarket cooler. Read a s*** load of guides about it. Change like three settings in your BIOS and...boom. Overclocked.

I got a bad chip that didn't OC very well though >:(

do i need a liquid cooler like you have? i just ordered a hyper 212 evo since the reviews ive read everywhere seem largely positive

You should get to 4.3-4.5 on that cooler. It's a solid cooler for the price.
