SMG with 2 attachments. Supresser and quickdraw, run n gun babygurl.
No Second gun.
Perk 1 Greed > Hardline + Ghost.
Perk 2 Toughness
Perk 3 > Engineer.
Trophy System x 2.

Have a teammate in your party run smoke grenade. Capture flag extremely quickly.

Kill fast up close and the irons are the best in game.

Flak Jacket
MUST HAVE for capping

Coldblooded and Scavenger
Snipers and TF users camping flags will have a harder time picking you off and resupplying your gear is nice

Tactical Mask
Handy as hell for concussion spammers though it can be a wasted perk against certain opposition

C4
Spam it to defend flags

Smoke
Used to cap flags, even if your too far away to help your team cap just launch it on there anyway to help

Streaks
UAV - gives you and your team a heads up
HK - Cheap as hell but will destroy UAVs and tends to end a lot of peoples streaks
Lightning Strike - Perfect for clearing a flag or spawn and is another great streak ruiner

I always play Dom with a friend and he uses 2 trophy systems which allows me this set up:

SMG of your choice with fast mags probably (SMG users run faster)
Perk 2 Greed for Toughness/Scavenger for picking up additional grenades
Extreme Cond. - Lots of running between captures
Tactician for 1 smoke grenade(provide cover for capturing) & 1 EMP grenade(to take out enemy sentry guns and guardians)
RPG for clearing out multiple enemies capping an area

If you are playing alone you probably need flak Jacket(use PDW and drop fast mags because of lager magazine size) because of all the grenades flying at the captures this is why a friend with the Trophy system is awesome. If you do have a friend at the start of the rounds go straight to B together he will throw the trophy system to knock out enemy grenades and you throw the smoke grenade for cover and the two of you will capture B and set your team off an running toward victory. Always try to keep 2 areas and forget the opposing teams base if you try capturing all 3 you just end up losing some other area. B is alway the key to victory except on Mirage where it easier to keep A & C because they are close together.
