Is dashboarding really a big deal?

Even if people dashboard mid game, they can easily be replaced by the hundred of thousands of players in 2 seconds. If people couldn't join mid session like they use to do in halo that would be different but still why does everyone get butthurt over it? Because of k/d?

It is when a host does it. When the host dashboards it ends the game and nothing that happened in that game counts for any one in it.

People only get mad when the host dashboards which erases whatever kills/headshots you had got and the game gives you a loss. When the host dashboards the game ends and everyone is kicked off to the main menu.

Because 90% of the time its host that dashboards and it ends the game when people are doing good.

Personally I could careless about people doing it.

Because if I'm 53-1 waiting to call in my 2nd pair of dogs and swarm in the first round of dom and the host dashboards, I don't get to drop 100.

Crashed lobbies, team disadvantage in objective games where a 2-3 person deficit kills in the 20-30 seconds it takes to replace someone, people dashboarding once they see the team losing continuing disadvantage, or no one actually joining the match.

This is the problem with dashboarding. It's been this way for years and it STILL hasn't been fixed, along with a bunch of other s*** that host migration f***s with. Dashboarding completely screws over the winning team.

Problems with Host Migration that still haven't been fixed:

-Host dashboarding crashes the game

-Killstreaks continue or expire during Host Migration

-If you are damaged and Host Migration begins, you will return with full health

-Host Migration sometimes makes someone on the losing team the new host, which is a problem because of point-one, that they might as well just dashboard and crash the game

-Teams that own the Hardpoint during Host Migration continue to earn points, but the game clock does not tick away. Games can possibly end during host migration. Teams can also be given a chance to come back after the game has technically been clinched based on difference in score and remaining time in game.

These are just a few off the top of my head.

What I mean is, if you get thrown into a match you don't want to be in, that's unfair.
You can look at it however you like, but it is.

No it's not.
If you're searching for a game, then you're taking a gamble on what you'll find.
Only stay in lobbies , not matches in progress.

How to ensure this? Easy. When you search for a game, if it doesn't throw you into a lobby, DASHBOARD DURING THE MAP LOADING SCREEN. That way it still doesn't count., and you would have dashboarded once the game started anyway, right?

Learn these tricks kid.

Eh Idc bout people dashboarding on you I just hate that when the host does it it gives you a loss. The game knows everyone was dashboarded on, it prompts you with that message. If they just programmed it to where if you got the "Lost connection to Host" message it negated that loss.

If it didn't end your win streak and give you a loss that'd be better but it is really frustrating when it ends a good game or a good win. People playing the game shouldn't have to suffer because of rage quitter b****es. I like going on win streaks but when I'm getting to a high number i get really paranoid that someone's just going to f*** me over and ruin my game. I don't care if I lose fair and square but this is b*******.
