That's wrong and you know it. Either that, or you're playing Hardcore. In which case, it doesn't matter if he had SP or not.
On re-reading, maybe you're just complaining about people simply shooting you in the foot, which is stupid (the complaining that is). --- I don't care.

I thought it was the OK. If it weren't for Commando and OMA/DC it would've been the best cod to date.
