which mode is worse for spawn trapping? Demo or CTF?

im trying to do the game mode chanlenges.

i did KC and i just wrapped up Hardpoint.

i wana do Demo now but im worried about the spawn trapping. ima see. my friend suggested CTF. bu the game pub game i played of CTF was on hijacked and that was a bloody mess. <_< with the spawn trapping.

i wana do the most frustrating mode last.

I think its a little less with CTF with a respawn timer. Though I would be careful, a few times in CTF I have been put into a game where the other team is manipulating the spawns, and killing you as soon as you appear. Usually it is on Highjacked.
