How come bad players can't understand why somethings are banned in comp play?

Yep, you can throw an optic member in a 1v1 with an old lady who has never touched a game controller and still calls all video games "Nintendo" and flip a coin to see who will win. No skill at all in this game, 100% luck. That's why everyone's stats are almost the same.

Everything requires skill. It's hard to move and look around at the same time for most people, and that's 80% of the game.

But what exactly is banned?
