They should make a "practice mode" gamemode

I see where you're going with the idea. I disagree with some of the guidelines you presented (exp gain, aim assist), but this would be a great way for newer players to get a hang of the game without wrecking their ratios, and for more seasoned players to just relax in.

Agreed
They can just tweak long range damage to compensate
