-Stock
-RDS on burst fire weapons
-Toughness

And if I can afford it:

-Quickdraw

In this game I've felt like I need toughness. So many people run it and mid-long range gunfights just aren't fair without it.

Only time I don't use Toughness is when I'm using a shotgun.
