When will Treyarch actually complete their game?

Seeing as this game looks more like a game that is in a beta-stage. I'm guessing around the time MW4/BO3 is released?

I'd rather have them improve this game so much, to buy IW some time so they can build a new engine than getting a incomplete games every year. There is nothing wrong with skipping a game a year.

that's if they actaully work on the game for a while.
i personally don't think they put as uch effort as they should be.
i liked how polished bf3 was hen it first came out.
beta would also be nice for cod

A beta would be nice, but that would require Treyarch/IW to actually do stuff, which we all know they won't.

MW2 got a patch? In the MW2 days, I don't remember ever seeing a patch come through. Still, that was a game that didn't need as many patches as this one does.
