Great Rushing stealth class. That is what I have been using and doing really well with, but Stock instead of Quickdraw. Scavenger + Hardwired (Swear, love that perk, but Thats me)
Dead Silence
Wildcards are Primary Gunfighter and Perk 2 Greed
And the Scorestreaks i run are usually AGR, VSAT, and Loadster (You read it right)

You need stock to have SMG movement speed Stock does not effect movement speed what so ever.
